We sell all tech items however we do specialize in selling used phones and tablets.

All our used products are divided into 3 major categories. Excellent, Very Good & Good.

Our Excellent products are near to new however they might have very small scratches.

Our very good products are next to the excellent ones. They might have minor scratches and dents which are visible.

Our good category products have a couple of dents and scratches but they are completely functional.

All our devices are tested and undergo a 72-point inspection. Our products undergo automated and manual testing to ensure the customer receives the best product and there is no functional issue with the item

We understand the customer might change their mind and want to return the item. If at any time within the first 15 days you are not satisfied with the product you can contact us to return the return. Our fantastic customer service agents will help you along the way to return the product.

The product is packed in a generic box with a USB cable. For other products, all the accessories are listed in the listing which you can see. 

All our devices can be used with any network as they are unlocked.

All items are shipped using Australia Post and can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
